Shipping

Switzerland:
We deliver your order free of shipping costs. Delivery takes place within 2-5 working days after we receive your order. 

EU:
Flat-rate shipping costs of CHF 10.- apply. From an order value of CHF 150.- we deliver free of charge.
We take over the value added tax, import taxes and customs duties for you. There are no further costs for you when receiving the order. The delivery takes place within 4-10 working days after receipt of order. 

Worldwide:
Flat-rate shipping costs of CHF 20.- apply. From an order value of CHF 250, we deliver free of shipping costs.
Depending on the country, you may be subject to VAT, import taxes and customs duties. Delivery usually takes place within 14 working days after receipt of order.

Return

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. Please contact us if something is wrong with the product or the delivery does not match your order (wrong product or if a product is missing).

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return it to us within 7 days in an unused condition and with the original packaging intact. Please inform us via email that you wish to return a product.

Once we receive the product, we will refund you the value of the product, but not the shipping costs. All products must be returned in their original intact packaging. Neither the product nor the packaging must be damaged. Otherwise a refund will not be possible.

The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense. The products remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure that you pack the products appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
